Hair Quantity 
1. Hair Color
It's natural virgin remy hair with cuticles intact, without any chemical process,natural color like #1B.Can be easliy bleached,colored and permed, also can use flat ironed.

2. Hair Length
All the hair we produce is longer 1" than it's size, the hair texture like wavy and curly look like a little bit shorter, the correct way to measure the hair is after stretching.
 
3. Hair Weight
One bundle hair are collected from one donor's head.So the hair weight are not the same.
It's about 3g more or less around 100g.
 
4. Split Ends
The hair ends is far away from the hair root, it's lack of nutrition and easy to have the split ends issue. What we do is select the good quality hair material in priority to make the weft and trimming the hair ends before shipping. But it's hard to avoid that there is few split ends inside when you get the hair. The split ends will be improved after the hair conditioner treatment.
 
5. White/Grey Hair
All of our weft are made by 100% NATURAL VIRGIN REMY HUMAN HAIR. So,there are about 0.5% white/grey hair inside.
Our inspection will pick the white/grey hair out from the first production step. But all the work made by hand, it's difficult to avoid that there is NO white/grey hair inside. Our standard is the grey or white hair not more than 0.5% of one piece hair weft.
Return Policy
1.We can accepted on hair that is returned in its original condition and package with tag.
2.Buyer must take the responsible of the return shipping cost.

Hair care
The following provides general guidance for the human hair products.
As each individual product will be used by differnt customer, consult your hair stylist for the specific instructions.
1. Blot out excess water with towel and allow hair or dry naturally, do not expose to sun.
2. Comb curly hair gently with your fingers. Do not brush.
3. Wash and condition hair regularly.
4. Detangle hair gently before washing. Do not rub or twist hair.
5. Add mild shampoo to cool water and swish hair till clean. Rinse thoroughly.
6. Brush straighter hair in a downward motion straight hair with the ends. Work your way up to the roots.
7. Certain items should not be brushed. EG braids, domes, etc. Consult your hair stylist if in doubt.
8. Hair may tangled if general care directions are not followed proper.
