This mono wig is one of our recent custom-made orders. It was made exactly the requirements of the customer. As a professional wholesale wig supplier in China, New Times Hair can make any product according to the customer's needs.


The base design of this wig is fine mono in the middle with a PU coating all around the perimeter.


Fine mono is the most durable base materials. Super fine mono is also a possibility and this is softer than fine mono. Just be aware that people may refer to both as "mono", so make sure you know which base material your clients really want.


PU coating also is one of the most durable base materials.  Mono cannot be used on the edge of a hairpiece as it will fray. The PU coating seals the edge and also strengthens the whole wig. Both Pu coating and fine, therefore, create a very durable wig.


There is 1/4" of PU coating across the center of the wig. This is needed because the wig was made using two pieces of fine mono. If the base size of the wig is over 8"x 10", you need two pieces of mono material with a 1/4" NPU link between them to get the best possible shape for the wig.
