Silk mono with poly around Hair Replacement Men






Details:

This men's hair toupee is one of our recent custom-made orders. It was made exactly to the requirements of the customer. As a professional men's hair toupee wholesaler in China, New Times Hair can make any product according to the customer's needs.


The base design of this product is silk mono in the middle, 1 1/4" NPU on the back and sides, 1" thin layer of brushing poly set back from the 1/4" thin clear PU front.
 

Silk mono is thinner, denser and softer than fine mono. It can create a more natural and invisible base than fine mono but it is not as strong as fine mono.
 

There were also 1 1/4" NPU back and sides and 1" thin layer of brushing poly set back from the front 1/4" clear PU. This strengthens the whole piece as well as offering an easy surface to stick tape or glue to.
 

1/4" thin clear PU was requested to be on the front of this hair system. Clear PU is transparent and thin and is more invisible than NPU or brushing poly.  It made the front edge more invisible.

 
Since this is a custom-made order, all details like the base size, shape, color, density etc. can be specified by the customer. You can just use this design and then tailor it to the exact demands of your clients.
